(More customer reviews)The picture shown, shows an extra philips head but the item sent only had the 2 ea. removal cleat tools and the handle. It appears the old stock has only the handle and the 2 ea. cleat removal tool. The item itself does exactly as described on the hard to remove spikes. It worked like a charm. The only complaint I have with this item is that the local WalMart is selling the same item for $10.99 and I paid almost $20.00 for this item from 3Balls. The shipping cost from 3Balls did me in. If this was an Amazon item, it would be free shipping as I would also buy cleats. This is one of the few times I should have looked locally for the item.
